What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment methods with:

- Wire transfer
- Cash on delivery (additional cost of €2)
What are the shipping times and costs?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will be notified when we ship your order.
Shipping times
- Italy : Delivery in 1-2 working days
- Other European countries: Delivery in 3-5 working days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to some European countries with an additional shipping cost of €5.
How can I check the status of an order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.
If you do not receive your order within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@leoniahaircare.com , specifying your name and order number. We will carry out the necessary checks.
RETURNS
Can I return purchased products?
The customer has 14 days, starting from the day of delivery of the order, to withdraw from the product purchase contract.
If the right of withdrawal is not exercised within the 14-day period indicated above, the order is considered final and no refund will be possible.
We only accept returns if the product has not been opened and/or used.
The only costs borne by the consumer customer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods.
Return Procedure
- Return Notification: To initiate the return process, please contact us via email at info@leoniahaircare.com , providing your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with detailed return instructions.
- Safe Packaging: Please package the item securely, preferably using the original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Ship your returned item to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to track the status of your return.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the item meets the conditions, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
- Refund: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement will depend on your bank or payment provider's policies.
